These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Limitations Period, Class Waiver & Jury Waiver

• Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, to the extent permitted by applicable law, or be forever barred.
• Any such claim or cause of action must be brought individually and not as part of a class action, collective action, or other representative proceeding.
• You waive any right to a jury trial in any such action or proceeding.
