Reflecting on Our Journey at Jadex Strategic Group

Looking back on the remarkable journey of Jadex Strategic Group, I am struck by how far we have come. It has been an adventure filled with learning and growth. While we haven’t yet reached all our goals, the progress we’ve made is both humbling and inspiring. I am immensely grateful for every step forward, and I am excited about the future we are building together.

Our Current Efforts

At present, we are focused on addressing some of the intricate details that will set us up for success in the future. One example is our client relationship management system (CRM), Microsoft Dynamics 365. As we’ve grown, we’ve recognized the importance of data hygiene—cleaning up our contacts, ensuring accounts have proper fields filled in uniformly, and ultimately working with better information and data. This internal effort lays the foundation for efficiency improvements through automation. Additionally, we have implemented security and compliance enhancements, enabling us to leverage Microsoft Copilot effectively.

Enhancing Our Messaging

We are also refining our messaging by partnering with leading industry experts. This collaboration has allowed us to reflect on the value we provide and drive for our customers. Please continue to follow our website and content, as we showcase these insights through our updates.

Future Plans

Looking ahead, we envision rapid scaling with small teams ranging from 5 to 10 employees per region. All employees will work remotely, have proficiency in Microsoft technologies, and operate from a unified playbook to ensure our clients maximize their Microsoft 365 investments. We will continue investing in internal automation and leveraging Microsoft AI capabilities while focusing on strategic goals such as achieving compliance certifications and expanding into global markets.

Long-Term Vision

In the long term, we aim to address inefficiencies in Microsoft’s service delivery. Our unique experiences have highlighted areas where our techniques, methodologies, and knowledge can greatly benefit clients. Ultimately, we strive to push the envelope of transparency, governance, service, and innovation in the industry.

A Message of Gratitude

None of this would be possible without the support, grace, and chance that people have taken on us. For years, this has been a side hustle for me as a full-time single parent. My children are older now, but it wasn’t always easy. My middle son has mild autism, which brought many stressful days and nights. I had to fight to get him an individual education plan, and there were times when he went missing, adding to the stress. Raising teenagers in this era is challenging for both them and their caretakers.

Despite these challenges, I am deeply grateful for the progress we have made. I remember not too long ago when I would dread having to leave to help my son, or to help one of my other teenagers for any number of reasons. It’s a struggle that only single parents can relate to. These memories are ones that I fall back on often when I question if the long nights and long hours are worth it. Since the business took off, I haven’t had that stress anymore. My son, whom I mentioned earlier, is graduating this year, and I am incredibly proud of him. My children are my world and the best thing I’ve done in life by far.
