Challenge
Makwa Global engaged Jadex Strategic Group in their early startup phase and set up a basic cloud environment. The rapid growth of their business necessitated an advanced digital transformation to meet their expanded business requirements. The challenges included integrating various communication platforms, automating business processes, and addressing compliance and retention requirements.
Strategy
To achieve these goals, the strategy began with creating an internal portal, developed with input from key stakeholders. This included customizing the portal with navigation and links to essential resources.
Next, a centralized document repository was implemented to facilitate file migration from existing systems, with configured permissions for secure access and collaboration. A virtual workspace was then established to create a collaborative business environment, including channels for messaging, video conferencing, and collaboration.
Furthermore, an overarching architecture was designed to integrate existing sites within the virtual workspace, ensuring seamless interoperability and an enhanced user experience.
Additionally, an organizational review was conducted to develop a process improvement roadmap using automation tools. This involved phasing in new processes with input from stakeholders to minimize business disruption.
